- Individual courts can specify rules allowing or preventing online payment, such as defining those violations requiring a court appearance that will not allow online payment. For example, online payment might not be allowed for up to a week after the court date where the defendant failed to appear
- Supports IDP (Infraction Deferral Programs) for selection where approved by the Prosecutor’s Office and payment of the IDP Agreement is supported
- The system presents the appropriate IDP Agreement to the defendants that are authorized for IDP and presents the options to plead Not Guilty and come to court, Plead Guilty and pay the fine or Select IDP and pay the IDP agreement cost
